DK Riese, please ask your questions that are not related to the specific utility in General Quiestions forum next time. Your question is not related to Duplicate Outlook Items Report.
As for you question: you can use our Export Messages to MSG Format tool. After installing it you will be able to select required messages and export them to any folder by right-clicking those messages and selecting OutlookFreeware.com -> Run... in context menu. You can also customize this menu to be able to do it in one click. Just select Customize... and mark Export Messages to MSG Format utility as a Favorite (with a blue star). After that you will find this tool right above the Run... context menu item.
