Alex, you can easily achieve this by installing our Save Attachments tool and configuring it as a favorite in message context menu and on message window toolbar/ribbon. After that just block access to attachments of desired types (.docx, *.xlsx, and others).

David, since our duplicate removers retain original Outlook folder structure intact, you can easily undo the action by copy-pasting or moving your contacts from folder for duplicates to original folders.

Michael, it actually prefixes fax numbers and Outlook will not show these numbers as separate address book entries in the "Select Names" dialog (Outlook shows this dialog when you click on "To", "Cc" and other email fields). If you want to completely hide fax numbers, just set "Completely hide fax numbers" option.
The operation can always be undone by using the Unhide Fax Numbers utility.

Michael, currently this tool reports on message categories only. We're planning to support other Outlook items in the next version.

Julien, unfortunately we can only recommend you to search for some kind of third-party solution. We didn't hear of any kind of a good free or cheap Outlook synchronization software. Please note, that synchronization tools manipulate your personal data, so be careful and choose wisely.
