Looks like caching or archiving. Check you cache mode and archiving setting. (The program import old emails. After that the Outlook archive them).

It creates Duplicates folder under the Deleted Items folder. Make sure that you can see all folder types by selecting the 'Folders' view in the Outlook.

The OutlookFreeware.com utilities are fully FREE. But, yes, it doesn't have feature to put all your emails into separate folders.
The program is very easy to install. Just download the setup file and follow the installation wizard. You don't need to download or install the Advanced version to use the free version. ReliefJet Essentials is a different and commercial program. You have decided to download and install it on your own. As said ReliefJet Essentials is a commercial program and you need to pay for its features. Also please note, that you have downloaded it from another website.
OutlookFreeware.com utilities are very easy to use. Most of them have only one or two options, like select source and destination folders. Then you just press the Run button and utility will do its work. Very easy.
All videos on OutlookFreeware.com channel shows OutookFreeware features only. ReliefJet Essentials videos show its features. You can connect your PST file to Outlook using File -> Open -> Open Outlook data file and then export to EML using our utility. Probably, we will add Convert PST to EML utility to our utility pack in the future to make such conversion even easier.
As said OutlookFreeware.com utilities are completely free and have no limitations. So, yes, the number of exported items is not limited.

Probably, the add-in is disabled. You need to enable it.
Please do the following:
- In Outlook press File-> Options-> Add-ins
- Select "Disabled Items" from the drop-down menu "Manage", press Go…
- Enable the Add-in if it is there
- Press Close
- Select COM Add-ins from the drop-down menu "Manage", press Go…
- Enable the add-in, press Ok
- Press OK.

The Default option is deleting to the Deleted Items without Preserving folder structure. In the Advanced version you can select the folder where to delete folders or delete them permanently.
The utility show names of deleted folders. It is possible to save the list in the Advanced version.

You are right. You can use Export Outlook to PST utility to export Hotmail data to PST.
But instead of manual drag and drop, we recommend using Merge Folders utility to copy items from PST to Outlook.com IMAP account.

If you need to add different attachments for every contact in the list in mailings you can use the advanced version of Mail Merge with Attachments utility.

The 2GB limit applies to ANSI format .pst file. This format was used in Outlook 2002/XP or previous.
You can create a new PST file if you have a newer Outlook.
By default, a Unicode .pst can grow as large as 20GB in Outlook 2007 and 50GB in Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and Office 365.
You can use Export Outlook Items to PST File utility to copy all items to a Unicode PST file.
