I'm using the "Remove Duplicate Messages" utility on Outlook 2010 32-bit and it is not deleting the duplicate emails. I tried your recommendation of creating a temporary folder and putting multiple copies of various emails in there and it seemed to work on those but not on the duplicates in other folders. Would be grateful for any assistance.
