cjamps	9/23/2020 6:23 PM Hi. I do a lot of mass emails using the mail merge feature in word. While it so far has been working for me, I was looking for something simpler with less steps. One of the big disadvantages is that my sent items folder swells up and I can't find a simple way to delete the sent messages. I was looking into this add on but it is not realistic for me to use the address book. The mail merge I am performing is by category. Is there a way I can choose this to send the message based on category. Also can duplicate sent messages (same msg to multiple email addresses) be deleted after it's sent? Thank you.
