Try this to easily transfer godaddy email to office 365:

Go to Microsoft Exchange Server Admin Center and navigate to migration from receipts.
Click on the + sign to add and choose Migrate to Exchange Online.
Select IMAP migration as it is supported by both the email systems.
Enter the server details on the IMAP configuration page.
Create a batch for the migration.
Select the users that will be notified once the process is completed. You will know when the status of the batch changes from 'syncing' to 'synced'.
This method works only for email. However, in most cases, there are contacts, calendars, and other items that also have to be migrated. This can be done by exporting and importing data using PST files.

How to Export contents on IMAP enabled mailbox to PST files

If you are using GoDaddy along with Outlook, follow the process below to export calendar/ contacts and other items into PST files.

In Outlook, select Import/Export from files and select "Export a file" and hit OK.
Select Outlook Data File (PST) and click OK.
Select the appropriate folders and subfolders and click Next.
Select the folder to save the newly generated PST file and click Finish.
Setup the Office 365 account for Outlook

Navigate to the Control Panel, select Mail, and click Add in Show Profiles.
Select the option ‘Manual Setup or additional server types.’ and hit Next.
Select Office 365 in the next window to add all the Office 365 accounts automatically.
Import the PST files into Office 365

Navigate again to the Import/Export option on Outlook and select 'Import from another program or file.'
Select the PST file saved locally and Import it into Outlook.
The older GoDaddy account can be removed once contacts, emails, and calendar items have been imported into Outlook.
Delete the migration batch once the process is complete.

Steps to Convert EML to PST Manually
First, open Microsoft Outlook and Windows Live Mail at the same time.
Now, in Windows Mail, import all .eml files by File menu >> Import >> Import message.
Open Windows Live Mail again and go to the File menu >> Export >> Export Message.
Now, choose the Microsoft Exchange option from a newly opened Windows and click NEXT to convert EML to PST.
Now, a pop-up will generate that “This will export messages from Windows Live Mail to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange”.
Hit OK to confirm the selection.
Now you can export the file in two ways, either export the selected folder or all folders.
Click OK to convert EML to PST.
Finally, the export process will begin, and you stop waiting to complete.
After completing the process, the export dialog box will appear on your screen. Click Finish.
This is how you can manually convert EML to PST. This method is only suitable when the size of the EML file is small.

Manual Technique: OLM to PST Conversion
This manual technique has four main steps, which you have to perform one after the other. These steps are:

Create an IMAP Account
Open Gmail or any other webmail then click on settings
In Settings select Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
Now check the status of IMAP; if it is not enabled then enable IMAP and save changes.

Configure Outlook for Mac with IMAP Account
Open Outlook for Mac and then navigate to the Tool tab and select Accounts.
Now choose Email and enter your email id, password, and other details.
Enter IMAP server and choose SSL connection along with SMTP server and 465 as a port number; then click Add Account.

Export Outlook for Mac emails to IMAP Account
Open Outlook for Mac then selects the item you want to move.
Right-click on the selected folder then Move> Copy to Folder.
Find the name of your IMAP folder and choose Copy.
After that update the IMAP folder with Send/Receive button and all your OLM emails are now in the IMAP account.

Configure Outlook for Windows With the Same IMAP Account
Open Control Panel and select Mail>Email Accounts> New
Select Manually configure server settings then click Next.
Choose IMAP/POP settings then click Next.
Enter your IMAP account credentials and Incoming and Outgoing server details then clicks More Settings.
Click to the Advanced tab and enter the 993 port number in the IMAP server and choose SSL connection.
Enter the port number of the SMTP server as 465 and select SSL connection then click OK.
Now click on Next; it will take a few minutes then click Finish.

Repair an Outlook data file (.pst) file

Exit Outlook and browse to one of the following file locations:

Outlook 2019: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

Outlook 2016: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

Outlook 2013: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15

Outlook 2010: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14

Outlook 2007: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12

Open SCANPST.EXE.

Select Browse to select the Outlook Data File (.pst) you want to scan. If you need help locating your Outlook Data File, see Locating the Outlook Data Files.

Note: By default, a new log file is created during the scan. You can choose Options and opt not to have a log created, or you can have the results appended to an existing log file.

Choose Start to begin the scan.

If the scan finds errors, choose Repair to start the process to fix them.

When the repair is complete, start Outlook with the profile associated with the Outlook Data File you just repaired.

Try this:

Step 1: Create a New PST File

Open Outlook application and click on New Items >> More Items >> Outlook Data File
Choose the desired path to save the new PST file and enter a name for it. After click OK and the new blank PST file is created in Outlook.

Step 2: Import All Existing PST Data Files Into New One

Run Outlook and go to the File tab >> Open >> Import
In the Import and Export Wizard, select the “Import from another program or file” option.
Select the file type as Outlook Data File (.pst) and click the Next button.
Click on the Browse button and select the .pst file to import. Also, click on the required option and click Next
Select the folder to import from and also check the “Include subfolders” box.
Check the box of “Import items into the same folder in” and click the Finish button.

Open Outlook and Outlook Express on your computer.

In Outlook Express:

Select Import > Messages from the File menu.
Select Microsoft Outlook from the dialog box and press Next.
Select the folder (or all) that you want to convert. Press Next.
After importing, press next.
Find the imported folder and highlight all the messages - Drag them to a folder and they will be saved as .eml format.

You can use the network upload option and the Office 365 Import service to bulk-import PST files to user mailboxes. Network upload means that you upload the PST files to a temporary storage area in the Microsoft cloud. Then the Office 365 Import service copies the PST files from the storage area to the target user mailboxes.
