Rory, please try to set Outlook as your default email program as a workaround. This issue is already fixed in the upcoming OutlookFreeware.com Runtime version (will be available this month).

Hi,
Not sure what I'm doing incorrectly. I have installed the runtime and made Outlook my default e-mail program, but when I download the EML to MSG utility, I get a zip file that the Runtime does not recognize. I get the following message:
"No utilities found in the following folders:
C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\OutlookFreeware.com\Schemas
The folder "Schemas" doesn't exist and there's no way to target the zip file to be opened/recognized. Any help would be appreciated.

Will, having our Runtime installed, download the utility (the link is in the bottom of the page). It is OutlookConvertE ML2MSGSetup.exe file (not .zip). After installing downloaded .exe, run the tool again.

This error means that you don't have a default storage set.
You need to go to Outlook Accounts/Data files management and set default data file.
Also it is possible that your profile was corrupt. Then you need to create a new account.
