Outlook works fine with its Exchange server. And with various Imap server implementations, it doesn't always work so well. Our utilities can help with removing duplicates, moving various items. But we don't have utilities to work directly with the servers, to send or receive mail, synchronization or certificates.

You are wrong. When you drag and drop emails from Outlook to a disk, they are saved in MSG format, not EML. If you need to save emails in EML format, please use OutlookFreeware.com's Export Messages to EML or Convert EML to PST utilities.

We have no utilities to search emails.
But, you can use Advanced version of Copy or Move Outlook Items to automatically create folders using From field and put there all emails from the sender.

Thank you for your kind words and the question.
At the moment OutlookFreeware.com utilities doesn't have tools to work with disconnected OST files.
But we have plans to add a set of utilities to work with OST files very soon.
As always it will have simple intuitive interface and support all latest versions of Windows OS, Exchange, and Outlook.
It will also have an Advanced version with filtering and other options.

The program works with any version of desktop Outlook. It doesn't work with web versions.

The EML2MSG works with all EML files including "UNIX (lf) EML" files.
There can be some other issue.

This error means that the program was unable to disconnect created PST file from an Outlook profile. You can skip it. The PST file is ok. All EML files are converted. You need to start Outlook and close created PST file manually, if needed.

The program install itself for current user at %localappdata%\OutlookFreeware.com
It also adds OutlookFreeware.com utilities link to start menu.
And there should be OutlookFreeware.com tab in Outlook.

The converter require Microsoft Outlook to be installed and a profile configured.
So you need to run it on the laptop with Outlook, and not on the PC with WLM.
