This is quite easy.
Just open Outlook shortcut's properties and select Run: Minimized on Shortcut tab. That's it!

RPalm, just export your desktop's Master Category List to an XML file using this utility and then import that XML file on your laptop using Import Master Category List tool. That's all!

John, can you please write to our support team, specifying your Outlook and Windows versions?
One more thing: looks like you have a Gmail IMAP account (All Mail label shows that). In this case you have to check if your IMAP folders are configured right.

Will, having our Runtime installed, download the utility (the link is in the bottom of the page). It is OutlookConvertEML2MS GSetup.exe file (not .zip). After installing downloaded .exe, run the tool again.

yuan you, we're working on this. For now, you can replace all ending "=" characters with empty strings before importing these kind of EMLs.

Randy, in order to get all these "/O=XXX/OU=EXCHANGE ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP (FYDIxxxxxxxx)/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=xxxxxxx" kind of addresses, how exactly did you export to Excel? By using Outlook or our tool?

Steve King, just create a new Outlook profile and add new PST files there. After that you will be able to copy required messages back into a newly created storage.

G S, you can't. Master Category List (MCL) is stored in the user mailbox. It is possible to automatically distribute MCL across mailboxes however. Command line support is required in this case. OutlookFreeware.com Utilities do not provide this feature.
If you want to setup automatic MCL distribution, you will need to use the command line of ReliefJet Essentials for Outlook Professional.

Yes, there is a registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\OutlookFreeware.com\Profiles\Outlook\Utils You can completely delete it. After that you will need to re-configure and re-mark as favorites your utilities.
