Mar 9, 2017 More MBOX tools in the new version 4.4
This major update includes new utilities and features as well as performance and reliability enhancements. All tools for exporting Outlook messages now handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) much better.
Three new tools for importing and converting MBOX files are now available. Import Outlook Messages from MBOX Files imports email messages from MBOX files into Outlook folders and handles multiple files at once. Convert MBOX Files to Outlook MSG and Convert MBOX to EML Files utilities convert MBOX files to Outlook's native MSG format and to commonly used EML files.

Mail Merge with Attachments creates mass mailings using your data table. Unlike Microsoft Word Mail Merge feature, our utility allows you to add attachments. Export Outlook Folder Structure and Import Outlook Folder Structure saves your folder tree into XML file and allows you to create the same structure in other mailboxes or data files. Change Contact Fields changes display fields of your Outlook contacts according to your preferences. Message Response Time Statistics shows your productivity when working with emails and Email Message Report creates a list of messages you can save and open in Microsoft Excel.

Send Outlook Message utility boosts your productivity. It enables you to send an e-mail message in one click. The new Message Statistics by Name of Month report complements the group of reports on sent and received emails in Outlook, showing the number and volume of messages grouped by names of the months.
