Apr 28, 2015 Export, import and convert Outlook auto-complete cache lists

We are glad to present you new utilities for working with Outlook AutoComplete list cache. These tools will help you to backup, edit and transfer your AutoComplete lists to another computer.

Export Auto-Complete Lists will save Outlook 2010 (and above) auto-complete lists to XML format, allowing you to store it or edit with any text editor including Windows Notepad. Import Auto-Complete List loads lists from previously stored XML files into your Outlook. Convert Auto-Complete Files allows you to export NK2 and DAT auto-complete cache files of any Outlook versions to XML format as well as to convert these files between formats. Finally, Auto-Complete Lists Report will show you the contents of all auto-complete lists in your Outlook accounts.

In addition, we've updated all other utilities and the Runtime to version 3.7, fixing all the bugs and improving performance.

Nov 13, 2014 New tools for managing Outlook storage properties and 3.6 update

We added three more utilities for managing properties (fields) of Outlook storages: Save All Storage Properties, Set Storage Property and Delete Storage Properties. These utilities are similar to utilities for processing fields of Outlook folders and items but work with mailboxes, data files (PSTs) and other storages connected to Outlook.

We also updated all other utilities to version 3.6. This update provides many enhancements and recommended to all users of our utilities and add-ins!

We represent you a new interesting utility: Import Documents and Files. With the help of this tool you can load any documents, images and other files right into Outlook folders.

In addition, we've updated and improved lots of other utilities, including tools to find and remove duplicates.

Let's talk about new utilities. Find Duplicate Attachments allows you to find messages that contain duplicated attachments and assign them specific categories suitable for manual work with duplicates. Remove Duplicate Attachments replaces all duplicate attachments with links, leaving in your mailbox only original instance. A Duplicate Attachments Report will help you to assess how much space is occupied by duplicate attachments in your Outlook folders.

Several unique tools to work with the properties of Outlook folders. Save Folder Properties writes all properties of the selected Outlook folders to a text file. Set Folder Property enables you to set the value of the specified property. Delete Folder Properties removes specified in Outlook folders.

In addition, we updated all other Outlook utilities and Runtime to version 3.4. This update improves the stability and performance of all of our utilities, and fixes all the bugs that have been discovered so far.

Jul 17, 2014 New tools for efficient usage of Outlook AutoArchive feature!

We're proud to announce that it is now possible lightning fast configuration of AutoArchive settings for Outlook folders in batch mode with the Set Folder AutoArchive Settings utility. The same speed and convenience is available for AutoArchive settings and expiration dates in Outlook messages with the Set Message Archiving Settings utility. Everything with a single click of a mouse!

As usual, we provide supplementing Folder AutoArchive Report and Message AutoArchive and Expiration Report as well.

All other Utilities and Runtime got major update to version 3.3 that fixes all issues found to the moment and increases product performance.

We have several new utilities for every Outlook user.

Sort Message Recipients allows you to sort all message recipients alphabetically with a single mouse click. Copy or Move Outlook Items helps to easily copy or move many messages, contacts, appointments, tasks and other Outlook items from different storages and folders to the specified Outlook folder. All our utilities are updated to version 3.0! This update improves compatibility with Outlook 2013 and Office 365 as well as with Windows 8.1. Our utilities work better and faster now. Some of them provides new features and enhancements. We also fixed all issues found to the moment.

In addition, we present several new utilities. Export Contacts to VCF Format allows you to save any Outlook contacts to VCard format. Outlook Address Report and Address Book Report provide comprehensive reports on your addresses and address books. All types of Outlook address books are supported including Exchange / Office 365 Global Address List (GAL).
